Giving us the shaft
As JayKay said, pretty bizarre film with a connection of the thickness of steel used to protect ship turrets, mostly using a guy writing theories down on a sheet for us, and then comparing it to yes, the Sturdy Steel Frame of Chevrolet Automobiles. I mean, I know they've done this sort of thing before, but this was way too technical.

No It's Not Another PR Film For the US Navy After All
Takes a strange turn about 2/3 through, where it tells how rounded roofs in cars give strength to the entire body. A stunt man takes a GM product and rolls it in a field. (no seat belt that I could see by the way). The car gets righted, the guy ISN'T dead, and he drives away.
Not a single warning to not attempt this stunt on your own. Geez. Was this before lawyers were invented?
Nice film good sound and yes, it IS the top!
